FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE * Brush Fires All Around!!Please use care in brush pile burning!March 21, 2006 -- Elsanor Fire Rescue Department asks that you please be careful when burning brush fires! The best idea is to contact the Forestry Dept. and obtain a burn permit before burning! Please call 911 on the non emergency line (947-3911) and give them the area that you will be burning in along with your burn permit number! They will in turn notify the fire dept that monitors the zone that the burn will be in. If you need assistance with a large burn, the Elsanor fire will help as we do accept donations to assist our citizens with their brush control problems!
