The Elsanor Fire / Rescue Department has purchased a piece of land 3 acres in size to construct a new Fire Station. We purchased land that is more centrally located towards the center of our community, that will allow timely access to all of our citizens in need in our community. The land bought is at the Southwest Corner of Hwy 87 and Brewer Road! On the land that we acquired, we will construct a new Fire Station that will be designed to withstand at least a strong category 4 hurricane. This will increase our ability to provide emergency services before, during and after a natural disaster that may befall our community.
