Baldwin County Burn Ban in Effect Effective 1 May 2009 until November 2009 there is a burn ban in effect in several Alabama Counties! This burn ban is in effect to help reduce the ozone content in the air. The only exemptions are for Fire Department Training and some who has obtained a ADEM Burn Permit.
